Is transportation included from the cruise port or hotel?
Yes, all our tours include round-trip transportation from both cruise port and hotels.
Is there a specific pickup time?
There is no set pickup time, but we strongly recommend locating your driver 1 to 2 hours after you’re allowed to disembark. You may request a specific time if you prefer.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
You may cancel your tour at any time; however, please note that the deposit is non-refundable once paid.
What is the Refund Policy?
The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, if the cruise itinerary is changed, you will be eligible for a full refund of your deposit.
Is there an age limit for the tours?
There is no age limit for our tours; everyone is welcome to join!
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal, USD cash and major credit cards.
How do we find our driver?
Please refer to the confirmation email for detailed instructions on how to locate your driver, which will vary depending on the port your cruise is arriving at.
